Estudiamos viromas y genomas virales en distintos ambientes usando metagenómica viral, con énfasis en Bacteriofágos. Analizamos las poblaciones de profagos en patógenos para entender su papel en la resistencia, virulencia y evolución bacteriana mediante filogenómica.
