1. Determinación de las respuestas moleculares asociadas a estrés térmico en la producción de proteínas recombinantes de M. tuberculosis en cultivos inducidos térmicamente por E. coli.
2. Producción de glicoproteínas recombinantes en S. lividans.
3. Cultivo sumergido del hongo filamentoso Humphreya coffeata para la producción de metabolitos bioactivos.
4. Producción de micelio de hongos formadores de micorriza arbuscular.
5. Desarrollo de procesos de cultivos bacterianos y su escalamiento para la producción comercial de biofertilizantes.
