Mi línea principal de investigación es la epigenética del cáncer. En ella se estudian los diferentes procesos moleculares como los perfiles de metilación del DNA y de las modificaciones post-traduccionales de las histonas y los RNA no codificantes de genes supresores de tumores en un modelo de cáncer.
