Mi línea de investigación es el modelo in vitro de granuloma inducido por Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
En este modelo se puede estudiar la respuesta inmune inducida en respuesta a micobacterias, las modificaciones en poblaciones celulares, las citocinas como parte del microambiente generado.
Otra de mis lineas son las células derivadas de monocitos que participan en la generación del granuloma, como células espumosas, células gigantes multinucleadas, macrofagos, etc.
