Líneas de investigación
Mis lineas se centran el estudio de las redes de regulación genético-metabolicas y de fosfotransferencia en bacterias. Usamos enfoques bioinformaticos basados en genómica comparativa, evolución, modelado dinámico y desarrollo e implementacion de métodos computacionales. Recientemente hemos desarrollado lineas de invetigación experimentales usando a B. subtilis como modelo de estudio y desarrollo de métodos de análisis metagenómicos.
