Líneas de investigación
Mi investigación se centra en redes de regulación genética y factores transcripcionales maestros principalmente en cáncer pero también en envejecimiento y dimorfismo sexual, bioinformática del cáncer, variación genética en plantas, y respuesta a estrés hídrico en Arabidopsis, integrando tecnologías ómicas y herramientas bioinformáticas.
